Admirals Club Lounge

Located in both Concourse B and Concourse C, the Admirals Club Lounges are a great place to relax and recharge before your next flight. They offer a range of amenities to ensure your time is comfortable and enjoyable.

The lounge in Concourse B is open daily from 5:15 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and in Concourse C from 5:15 a.m. to 11 p.m. They offer a range of complimentary food and drinks, including a full-service bar, so you can indulge in your favourite tipples and snacks before your flight. With complimentary Wi-Fi and comfortable seating, their lounges are the perfect place to catch up on work or unwind before your next adventure.

For business travellers, their lounges also offer conference rooms, so you can hold meetings or make calls in a private and professional setting. Please note that conference rooms may not be available due to local guidelines.

The Centurion Lounge

The Centurion Lounge is located at the intersection of Concourses D & E on the mezzanine level and is accessible airside to all gates at CLT. They are open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. so you can enjoy their amenities no matter when your flight departs.

From the moment you walk in, you'll notice that things are different at the Centurion. Their lounge offers unexpected touches like a family room and a well appointed shower suite, as well as productive workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can make the most of your time.

One of the highlights of the lounge is our Southern inspired modern cuisine from James Beard Award finalist Gregory Collier. His restaurant Leah & Louise was named one of the "Best New Restaurants in America" by Esquire Magazine in 2020.

Enjoy his culinary creations during their three daily meal periods: Continental breakfast 5:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. hot breakfast 6:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and lunch / dinner 11:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. You won't want to miss the chance to savour their delicious dishes during your layover or before you leave!

The Club CLT

The Club CLT lounge is located in Concourse A, just before Gates A21 and A22, making it a convenient place to stop off, relax and recharge before you are back on the move. It is open 7 days a week between the hours of 5 a.m. and 9:30 p.m.

The lounge offers a range of facilities to ensure your time there is comfortable and enjoyable. You can use your own mobile, tablet or laptop devices to connect to the internet, and you can also watch TV or enjoy a variety of digital magazines, newspapers, and podcasts available on your device. The Club CLT has a single shower facility if you are looking to freshen up between passes, however be aware that at peak hours it may be difficult to access.

Complimentary refreshments are available to all guests, including light snacks, juices, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. If you are looking for something more substantial, you can pick up food from one of the dining establishments within the terminal and bring it with you into the lounge.

The lounge is available to checked-in departing or arriving passengers, regardless of which airline or class of ticket you have. If you have a lounge access membership card, members of Priority Pass, Lounge Key, and Lounge Club are accepted in all our lounges. Access is subject to availability without a reservation.

Gameway Lounge

Gameway is located in the Concourse E Expansion at CLT, providing travellers with a premium entertainment experience. The lounge is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EDT, 365 days a year. Though please note their hours of operation may vary slightly due to plane departure times or seasonal holidays.

Gameway offers a range of rates for their gaming experience, including a 10% military discount and special discounts at the store level. Rates start at $15.99 (£13) for up to 30 minutes, $25.99 (£21) for up to 1 hour, and $45.99 (£37) for unlimited gaming.

The lounge is outfitted with individual gaming stations featuring PlayStation or Xbox game consoles, top-of-the-line Razer gaming PCs, high-end Razer gaming accessories, and comfortable lounge chairs and Razer gaming chairs. Guests can play pre-downloaded games, including some of today’s most popular titles like Fortnite, FIFA, NBA2K, Madden, Call of Duty, Minecraft, and Rocket League, while enjoying a selection of foods and beverages.

Visitors flying through CLT can enjoy the Gameway experience by purchasing access to the lounge. Monthly passes are also available for frequent flyers, flight crew, and other regular travellers. Members of Priority Pass are entitled to a complementary hour of access plus a drink and a snack. Guests can also pre-reserve the gaming experience of their choice online before arriving at the airport.

Minute Suites

Located in the main atrium of the terminal, Minute Suites offer the perfect place to rejuvenate during an extended layover. Their suites are open 24/7, allowing you to take a rejuvenating nap, rest up, or conduct business from the comfort of your own private space.

The private suites provide peace of mind and tranquillity in the midst of the surrounding hustle and bustle. Minute offers top complimentary amenities, including flight monitors, TVs, private rooms, and Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay.

For those with lounge memberships, including Priority Pass, they offer one hour of free access per walk-up visit, subject to availability. Each subsequent hour may be paid directly to Minute Suites at a rate of $34 (£27) USD. Please note that only one card per visit per cardholder will be accepted at the point of registration.

Each private suite includes one bed that can accommodate up to two people, with a shower facility available for $20 USD payable at the front desk with a suite rental purchase. For LoungeBuddy bookings, please note that bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee a suite. Bookings made within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.

CLT USO Lounge

Located inside the main terminal, the USO lounge is situated in the atrium on the second floor above the food court area, making it a convenient stop for military members and their families.

As a private, non-profit organisation, the USO provides morale and recreational services to members of the US Military and their families. They are proud to offer the free use of lounges in several US airports, including Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Charlotte’s USO lounge is open seven days a week, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. They offer premium food, Wi-Fi, TVs, a children's area, internet terminals, and telephones. Additionally, the lounge provides complimentary snacks for military members.
